The Lakewood Ranch Health Park is a 2-story, 46,000 SF Medical Office Building developed on a 5 acre site within the Lakewood Ranch master-planned community of Sarasota, Florida.  The majority of the second floor is occupied by Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute(FCS) including chemotherapy, radiology(PET/CT) and laboratory services as well as housing the Foundation Offices for FCS.  Half of the first floor is occupied by 360 Orthopedics and the remaining square footage was designed to accommodate a surgery center or diagnostic imaging center.  The project was developed by Optimal Outcomes with The Lunz Group as Architect and Precise Construction as the General Contractor.  Andrew Pavalis, while at The Lunz Group served as the Project Architect and Project Manager thru design and construction of the entire building shell as well as the Interior Buildout for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and 360 Orthopedics.
